What is HIFU?
HIFU, short for high-intensity focused ultrasound, is an advanced, non-invasive technology for skin tightening and rejuvenation. How does HIFU work?
HIFU uses focused ultrasound energy to create targeted thermal points in the deeper layers of the skin. This energy results in controlled heating of the tissue, which stimulates collagen production and causes immediate tightening. Over time, the increased collagen production leads to further improvements in skin texture and firmness.

The Treatment
The HIFU treatment is performed on an outpatient basis and usually lasts 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the area treated.
